Our goal is to help you and your family have a great experience here at Immanuel and part of that is making sure we answer questions before you even ask. You can see worship times and general information below but you will also be able to plan your visit prior to showing up on Sunday. By helping you plan your visit, we hope to answer any initial questions you may have and make you feel more comfortable on your first visit. Of course, we are always available to answer questions at each of our services as well. We can’t wait to see you at Immanuel!

When should I show up?

So that you won’t feel rushed, we do recommend that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before the service so that you have time to park, check in your kids, and make your way to the Sanctuary.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable in. The people who attend Immanuel wear everything from business casual to jeans.

What can I expect?

Parking: We have multiple parking areas on both the south and east sides of the building. Feel free to park wherever you feel comfortable.

Kids: We offer programs for birth – 2nd grade in our preschool and children’s ministries during all services. We invite older children and youth to join us during the main church services.

What will the message be like?

In every service, you will hear a relevant, straightforward message based on Scripture that will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and provide a strong Biblical foundation.

Will I have to say, sign, or give anything?

If you are visiting, we won’t ask you to give an offering. We won’t make you wear a visitor badge, ask you to stand up or do anything that could make you feel uncomfortable. We do have a time of greeting during our morning worship service, but you can participate at a level that makes you feel comfortable.

What about my kids?

We offer dynamic children services from birth to 2nd grade during all of our Sunday services. The age-appropriate environments and experienced teachers will help your children learn about God in a relevant way, as well as offer fun experiences that will help the teaching come alive in their hearts.

What do you have for youth?

IBC’s Youth Ministry exists so every teen (or pre-teen) who comes here knows that God loves them and wants to be a part of their lives. We do everything we can to make that known by having amazing opportunities to connect with other students through Sunday morning Bible study at 9:45 AM, Wednesday night worship services, camps, and mission opportunities. Click here to learn more about our Youth Ministry.

As an adult, how can I get connected?

Attending a Bible study is the first step to making a large church smaller.  If you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus, you’ve got to have intentional relationships with people who have the same goal – and the smaller groups offered in each of these ministries is the ideal place for cultivating this. We offer various smaller (in size, not impact) ministries to help you connect.

  • Men’s Bible Study on Monday Nights at 7pm
  • Young Adult Bible Study on Sunday Mornings at 9:45 AM
  • Women of Worship meets various times each month, typically in someone’s home
  • Couples Bible Study on Sunday Mornings at 9:45 AM
